Shouldn't change unless you reinstall Decal.

Upgraded to the EVGA GTX 260, and I just resubscribed today and noticed the sky flickering...good job on this workaround VI, it works for me, I can tolerate the slower framerate much more than I can the flickering.

If I have this bug could it be the reason why I dont get a decal bar ig? Geforce 8600 GTS btw and I tried everything under the sun to get vista/decal to work.

Skyboxen are evil, but they do not eat the Decal Bar.
