I gave up, I just redid it on my new system. only problem I now have is that it will not let me add my accounts with a credit balance. so I have to look into that.. and I have searched for that file on my new system and it doesn't exist so i'm begining to think that it is not an xml file on vista? i'm at a loss?? but at least i'm up and running, i think i'll just set up to pay people back what i owe them for credit balance when they log bot using the delivery system.
