Is it in the Program Files directory?

You did a search on the XP system for where they are located?

yes i already copied them to a cd and put them on my new computer, but when put in same place on system with vista it doesn't know that it's there, i can't find the file on vista (i went ahead and made up some info for my bot on vista so i could search where the xml file goes) but i can not find the file anywhere on my vista system, so i think it must be named something else? I am at a loss?

I'll be there is an environment variable that stores the location that you're looking for.

If you could provide the directory you found them in on XP, we might be able to properly map it on Vista.

maybe it is %APPDATA% or maybe it is something under %USERPROFILE%

Well, then I guess it would take looking at the source code, or an answer by Gouru then as to where the items are saved, unless someone else is running that plugin on Vista and can give a more definitive answer.

If I were you, I'd just re-install the plugin on the Vista system and start using it a couple of times and go hunting for where the files are. Once you've located them, then overwrite them with the old ones from your XP install and you should have most everything back to the way it was.

Under Program Files could be an issue with Vista. If that is where it was looking on XP then I would guess Vista is going to look in the same place.

One onther thing, when copying from a CD make sure the read-only attribute on the file isn't set.
