if you check alinco3 says it needs netframework 3.5 installed. Your listing DOES NOT show 3.5 only 1 and 2.

try installing 3.5(updates) to the Vista 64 system and see if it works then.


After initial posting, I removed all plugins and still had no luck.

It looks like all you have to do is run decal as admin. I have no idea why yours isn't working like it does for others.

I had decal set to run as admin. I've since upgraded to Win7 and still have the same issue.
