Alright, thanks. I went to start downloading all those links. When I ran the Net 1.1, it said there is a known compatibility issue and that it interferes with a service on my platform so I didn't procede with it. Is it ok to install regardless or?

Ok, so I read a bit more and everything should install without problems. One issue I had when I went to install Net 3.5 it gave me a "corrupt file" error message. Posting a new Decal Export and a Dxdiag just to make sure everything is up to par.
