No it won't update anything. It tells me that goarrow hasn't been updated in 1,300 something days.
I'll try to update the cod again tonight.

Your locations update worked for me so I have the 4,900+ locations. The link for the CoD though doesn't work and crashes. Keep in mind that I am running Windows 7 Pro, and used the Win 7 install guide to get Decal working. So working off older .net builds isn't going to always go over well with Win 7.
