That is suppose to be like that. Its a check to make sure no one loads a decal application for a previous version of decal.

Well, I uninstalled Decal and every plugin completely. I deleted every folder after uninstalling, and deleted every registry entry per the decal forums. I used the VVS cleaner, rebooted my computer, reinstalled everything, updated everything, and nothing. VTank bundled plugins don't even show up in the decal plugins list, in fact the only Virindi Tank related thing that shows up is the boot strapper.

Ok, I went very, very slowly this time. Decal works, VT works, but only if I run AC as admin, as now Dual log won't work. Now when I try to start AC with dual log, I get this error:
