TY VI, when i read B-C's reply i started checking and could find NO option for turning mouse turns OFF. a great big one on game play options to turn it on BUT nothing obvious for turning it off.
darn thing on GP options should be a toggle on/off but no it's merely a turn-on for ever.

Ok same thing happening to me. Heres the Difference, Everything is how it should be in the above posts, only difference is my guy will not navigate unless the cursor is in the chat bar. Any Thought?

Have you remapped any keys having to do with movement?
May wanna reset all the keys to default and see if that fixes it.
