	I uninstalled, ran the registry cleaner (which errored as usual saying it failed). rebooted, installed 3960 again this time to C:Games then I set it as admin and updated and got ingame, as usual no decal bar, nothing. so with 2965 I cant even get ingame and with 2960 I get ingame but no decal. so mad -----signature----- I dont report like a wimp i call the head managment at Turbine for resaults. 	Ok, I have not been paying enough attention to this thread. All along we've just assumed all of these crashes were gfx related. I will spend some time tomorrow writing a better diag tool, and hopefully we will be able to isolate your issue.

It makes no sense why decal doesnt work for me but other people seem to not be having issues. Iv done everything to fix it. Iv tried running decal and AC in compatibility mode for windows xp, iv done the decalutil.exe deal to update, iv uninstalled and reinstalled and changed directories a million times, used the decal registery cleaner deal, rebooted, switched between 2.9.6.0 and 2.9.6.5 a million times. Im screwed Once again I have two choices. 2960 no error, but no decal ingame 2965 decalnet.dll causes my client to crash before it even gets to the char screen -----signature----- I dont report like a wimp i call the head managment at Turbine for resaults.
