Is there CURRENTLY a way to save a long commplicated route profile and then reload it later again? OR on a completely different toon?

Ag, under profiles, there is a save button beside the enable auto nav button with a drop down list. Click the save button then in your chat bar type a name for the route. Such as........

LongRoute

It automatically saves it as a .nav file, no need to add the .nav to the end of the name.

Then hit enter

All my routes are available to all my chars. Think you need to uncheck the button for mine only under profiles.

Summary: disable alinco3 loot/ust ability when only 2 pack spaces remain

Hey Virindi!

I love the support you added to enable us to use alinco for looting and salvaging. While vtank's abilities are superior, alinco's interface is simple and makes it easier to eg change salvage needs without creating/editing/managing multiple vtank profiles.

That said, one issue exists for melees and archers; vtank will let alinco loot and salvage to the point where no free main pack space remains (regardless of autostack/cram), at which point shield/weapon/bow can't be swapped for a wand to refresh buffs... and, well, it's all downhill from there...

Would it be possible to disable alinco when two main pack spaces remain to prevent this scenario?

Thanks!

When you see your pack getting that full just turn off looting.

Sometimes if you are engrossed in a conversation you may miss your pack being full for a little while. I have personally missed rares/trinkets/c10 salvage/and really nice weapons because I didn't have my pack open and didn't notice it wasn't looting for a few minutes.

I know this would help UCM more than it would help those of us who don't, but it would be a nice feature.

Or at least have VTank spam the chat window a few times that your pack is almost full.

On a seperate note....did my suggestion help ya out Agnari? Wanna make sure i'm not giving poor info.

yeah ball, it did I'd looked at that saveas button config LONG time ago was confused abit by the aschar or not and was thnking the 2nd save was related to some other series of profiles never bothered with it OR navigation.

A question for you nav profile builder experts. what a simple profile, and i think it's circular. would be in simplistic terms: portal recall (to the dungeon), run to A, run to B then repeat again, and again.

once would do recall, a, b but not repeat and as i read the descriptions of linear(abccba) and circular (abcabc) it sounds like what i want is is circular as described above or maybe standing at on A (dugeon drop point), run to b, run to C where a portal recall is performed.

so am i on the correct circular path?

Yeah, ur wanting circular. Just stick the portal recall at the end of the route and it'll do what your wanting.

while dorking around with nav profile creations earlier I ran into a brick wall on the 3rd one. wanted to hometown recall and start running. whoops no hometown, mansion, house recalls which after some sleep seems logical as these are KEYBOARD commands and not spells from the spell ID table.

having asked, awaiting the reply, VI about ability to potentially incorporate those into the profile creation. I hit another brick wall. sure I know how to kludge it via xxxpart1, xxxpart2, xxxpart3 scripts; but preferable would be just xxx - well for editing purposes smaller files with an xxx.nav that then has ability to call/load xxxpart1, xxxpart2, xxxpart3 as appropriate would be supercalifrag...xxpe..dosis.

So i've struck upon another potential fix/aid. If we could add in a pause to the nav script. say a 30 second pause (where you if was really involved could add several pauses in a row) to give one time to manually make the jump across/down, open a door, use a town portal gem, do a /hom, ect.

A pause in this manner DOES not aid UCM in that keyboard commands/actions would be done and that requires semi-concious human at the keyboard.

Someone asked about a pause in nav a little while back. VI said she would look into it. 30 second pause would be a bit much though for a normal route. Maybe a spot where you can increase/decrease the nav pause.

probably, but say 10 sec pauses you could stack should work well.
