Yes. DHS is optional.

Double heals in peace mode, yes, that is something I should fix. For me, at least, it only happens in peace mode.
As for the exception...I have gotten that before as well, and I think it is a bug in Decal. I've never had it happen for more than a minute or so after first logging in, though.

Go to advanced options and set DebuffSelectionMethod to Skill.
This is working very nicely, thank you.

I use Alino for looting and salvaging, I assume VT is now filling mana stones. Is there a way for me to use this feature with Alinco looting?
did i miss the answer to this?

This seems to work naturally, Alinco is setup to pickup major mana stones. As long as you add the Major mana stones to the consumables (can't remember if this is the tab for healing items etc), Vtank will fill them and use them. Alinco seems to stop picking them up by default at 5.

I haven't seen vtank do anything with any item it hasn't looted itself. So you likely have nothing to worrry about from that perpective.
I don't think you can do anything to protect those items as I don't believe applying leather protects an item from having a mana stone applied to it.
I seem to remember LTX having an exclude list, I don't believe vtank has such a function.

VTank chooses items to fill mana stones when looting. Fill items are chosen when they have a certain amount of mana (configurable) and do not match any loot rules. As with salvaging, VTank will not charge a mana stone with any item that started off in your inventory.
