Does anyone have a link or know the formula to create level 8 spells?

To make a level 8 spell, you need 4 things.
1) Mana Scarabs (Bought from Society Strongholds or Black Market) If you do not have access to either, have a friend buy you some. They can cost as much as 70k each (less on Black Market).
2) Quill Mana Forge Magic Chest
3) Ink Mana Forge Magic Chest
4) Glyph Mana Forge Magic Chest
There are several types of Quills and even more types of Inks.
The gist is this:
Use your quill on a mana scarab, then on an ink then on the glyph to create a scroll.

its a rediculous ammount of skill required for these spells... well, now 400 is the min to cast

Oh, and I wouldn't expect nice easy casts @ 400 skill at all. I am cap war so can get decently low fizzle rates on those, my other schools are not capped or even spec and I die if I try to rely on them for healing in combat.

i agree, im spec life/war/magic d so fizz's don't trouble me much atm....they will when i unspec life....i try to do a stam2hp lvl 4 spell 1st and revit when i need to, this way i get more hp than a healing spell and also quicker
i only use healing spells when im not in immediate danger or i dont get hit hard/often enough for it make a difference.

Well, I'm am NOT cap trained life atm, working towards it but it yet merely a goal at this point. I suspect it'd be more reliable once I cap life magic.
