They're improving/adding to AC all the time, they are just making sure to do it in an AC way.


AC is a niche game. There is no point in them changing the entire game to be like WoW or LotRO and compete in a very crowded MMO type (not to mention compete with themselves).


Essentially you are mad because you are one of those modern type of MMO players that don't want to think or to explore or to figure things out. You want a WoW style quest system where you just click accept quest and it highlights on the map where to go and then highlights what to kill and puts giant exclamation points over all of the quest NPC heads.


Well there are plenty of boring MMOs where you can find that.

As far as I'm concerned, them giving you coordinates at all is too much information (and don't even get me started on the 1-50 quest hub).

If the OP can't even figure out that the North coordinates means the top half of the map and that the West coordinate means the left half, then how are we supposed to accept anything at all that the OP thinks (s)he has figured out about games?

Seriously, just hit the middle of the map for coordinates of (0,0) and increase them as you go outwards.
It is incredibly easy with the Town Network portals to find the nearest place on a trial and error basis.
