I still don't see how anyone can not rate Ben as an Elite top tier QB. All the man does is win and he does so while injured 90% of the time. Past 2 seasons he has also proven that he can put up the same passing numbers as Brady, Brees and Peyton as well. Just doesn't have to since Pittsburgh has a capable running attack and is a more defensive minded team. His numbers are lower because he is usually working with a short field.

In no order the top 3 tiers of QB's. I left out rookies and Tebow cause thats not fair yet.

Rodgers
Brees
Brady

2nd tier
Stafford
Eli Manning
Matt Ryan
Raplisburger
Schaub

Third Tier
Romo
Vick
Cutler

The rest.

I like this. But this season with Alex Smith in mid 2nd tier

I'm not really all that sold on Alex Smith. I would trust any of those guys in tier 2 and 3 to win me a game or two just because of who they are. I would trust Alex Smith to not lose me games, but I would not trust him to win me games.

eli manning is not a second tier qb. Neither is big ben just qb on a good team.

agreed....they are mediocre QBs surrounded by a decent supporting cast....charlie batch's old sorry ass has shown that you can throw any QB into the lineup in pitt and win games

I totally disagree about Manning at least this year. His team is terrible, injury ridden, and terrible. He is having a very good year.

Rapelisburger is average at best. Unless we are talking about his sexual assaults.

I can understand the hate from Brandon... I mean Ben doesn't have to cheat to win. I guess I can understand Cutt as well seeing as he knows its going to be GB and Pitt in the SB again this year.

Just not sure on all the other folks... are they really that jealous of the machine? If Ben is just avg, then Brady, Brees, and Rodgers are all sub par.

Based on what?

You've gone off the deep end if you'd rather take Ben over any of those guys given the choice.

Rapelisburger has average stats, average passer ratings, average completion percentages, average TD's, Average INT's. Aside from playing for the Steelers on a very good teams, and playing hurt, he is pretty much average.
