well, as illustrated in the defense of Paterno, NO, she is not.
maybe he did know, maybe he didn't...just because you know the coverage and can call in a play, Brady still had to make the throw...back then he didn't have the control of the offense either...he had plays called in, and didn't change that much.
and you could tape any place in the stadium except from the sidelines? is that how that silly rule read?

the Jets had it documented that they tape and endzone view of every game with consent.
they were not winning, so no one cared.
