turn your system restore OFF<---that is important
go into safe mode...
run avg or malwarebytes
adaware
spybot since you still use it
ccleaner
restart back into safe mode and do it again
if that doesn't work then you will have to find out specifically what you are dealing with and find a walkthrough online thru google

walker has the best answer so far. You have to do this in safe mode or even boot level. I suggest using Hiren's BootCD 15.1 as well.
*I am pretty sure SuperAntispyware 5.0.1134 (07-12-2011) Remove Adware, Malware, Parasites, Rootkits, Spyware, Trojan, and Worms (a must have tool) in safe mode helped me the most while cleaning a friend's computer.

Malwarebytes recently went with a cloaking technology that actually can fool many viruses into not thinking it is antivirus software. This can make it have a chance.

Malwarebytes has been the most reliable one for me for an easy fix (in safe mode!)
