DFW, LAX, SAN. Last time I did Detroit it was...like 5 in the morning when I went through, so it wasn't bad.
I see SAN the most though, as it's where I leave from to travel. They're "improving," which means that the whole place is a cluster-F for at least the next year. Probably longer, seeing as construction in San Diego usually takes anywhere between 1 and 10 years longer than it should.

I tend to hate hopper flights regardless of airport, they get canceled and delayed way more than the big international flights.
That being said, I do not have very positive memories of detroit fort-worth... Toronto Terminal 3 and Heathrow are nice. Yeah just read Kruugar's post... that's got to take the cake. I avoid any and all US airports as connections, stopovers, anything.

Atlanta would probably the worst I've went through. Not so much the airport itself but all the annoying delta airlines employees chasing you down to become part of their sky miles membership

Pretty much exactly what I was thinking. I really don't like Ohare either. Atlanta and Minneapolis rock.

I don't fly a lot (never actually...been on a plane one time), but I do know this...the Memphis International airport is the most expensive to fly into/out of in the country right now. it gets talked about on the news regularly here (Memphis). People who fly regularly to/from the area go to Little Rock, AR or maybe Jackson, TN if that option is there, because it's a lot cheaper.
