	They have direct control over fiscal policy. They have direct control over trade policy. They have indirect control over monetary policy. HELL YES it's possible. Just because you've been brainwashed into thinking trade, fiscal, and monetary options don't exist doesn't mean that they couldn't have a significant effect on our economy.
