One day my wife and I were riding down the road and she said she wished the chiropractor was open that day to get an alignment. I told her to bend over and I would align it. She knew what I meant and laughed and said no it was her neck. I told her no problem, just turn around. So Ticky, I'm pretty sure you can find some guy willing to help you out. Just don't text FD and ask him. He'll laugh and tell you wrong number.

Sinus infection? Did you injure your neck/back or fall recently? Can you look further to the left over the right or vice versa?

I'm sure I just strained something while exercising. I tend to get this exact stiff neck thing every couple years or something. It goes away after like 3 days, yesterday was day #1 but it wasn't as stiff.
I might pull my feather bed thing off for tonight and just sleep on the firm memory foam thing underneath.

How much movement loss are we talking here? IIRC there should be about a 100º radius on both sides (when looking straight being 0ºs then 90ºs being straight over one of your shoulders)
Edit: Typically it's easier for other people to judge the degree of movement vs yourself.
