that's your defense?

i grow my own veggies, i'm in pretty bad shape for a 35 year old.
i coach track, basketball and deck hockey from ages 4 - 17 and i am a very active coach.
track i will wager what goes on in practice based on the outcome of racing me.
i will even hold my own in the 13-17 yo hockey division when we scrimmage.

oh i see what i missed...i dont promote nationally



It's a proper defense against those who jump to conclusions and saying a 47 y/o is a fat slob who doesn't watch what she eats. All evidence shows the opposite the truth, including her appearance, which overall is quite healthy.

What you missed is you eat too many hamburgers or don't exercise sufficiently...

Facts are missing if you have a somewhat active lifestyle, eat a balanced diet with sufficient veggies, yet are still in pretty bad shape.
