No but I'll keep trying.
I take every chance I get to do "extreme" sports and have yet to break anything or knock myself out. Seen stars a few times failing big air landings snowboarding and once when I went full retard on a skydiving landing, but never a concussion I don't think.....

Mild one after i stood up full force into the bottom part of a heavy cupboard door.
I've rung my bell more times than I can count that way. None concussion worthy though I have seen stars and done the tunnel vision thing a couple times, lol. Between tech work (under desks, crawling through racks/wire runs, etc) and just general inattention at home my head is a mess of scars and bumps.

not really sure what the symptoms are, but i did knock myself out in motorcycle crash once, so i assume i was concussed
