3 days and they still havent addressed the issue yet and tonight emergency downtime, sorry I have lost faith in these clowns.
they even disabled the search and post history feature on the forums because they say its to improve performance
now the real reason, board admins are making posts and threads go poof.

I dont need meds I paid for a product and service, is it to much to expect a quality product/service anymore?

its a brand new product from a company that has experience in the video game market but no experience in an MMO.

so I thought maybe I had a corrupted download.
But it only started with problem after the last patch.  
wait for the full story I had some overheating issues because the cheap bracket that goes on the bottom of the motherboard that holds the water block on the cpu warped. they where made of a cheap flimsy thin metal that lost its tinsel strength from heat.
all this happened at the same time the patch installed.
so I thought the overheating shutdowns caused my issues.
How is overheating going to be corrected by a reformat? .....
Try pouring water on your tower. That usually cools things down.
