Really, now you are blaming the Hero Engine which was unfinished in 2005 as the source of your problems?
The problem is more likely one that is a PEBKAC.
You bow up when someone suggests you start adjusting your settings to see if you can determine what is causing the problem, you want Bioware to fix your problem when in reality the problem is with your system and since there is an infinite number of hardware combinations, until you start troubleshooting it and providing more information to Bioware there is no way they can even address your problem.

um yeah sent them install logs dxdiag reports followed all their advice.
i am halfway playble now but I never break 30-35 fps, constant high cpu usage, temps running on the high end.
go take a look at their customer service forums every other post is about the fps issue, this is software driven, there to many customers who are having the same issues after 1.02 went live.
