Yeah, but it doesn't pay well. Some are fun though. Like one where you kill the queen or her wedding day. One thing to remember though, after you kill the woman for the kid you need to sleep or you will never be kidnapped by the assassins and asked to join them. By the time I joined them my char was so strong I was able to sneak around and kill most with a single arrow (to the knee) and never get detected. Sometime you're even asked to kill the same people again.

I don't care about the pay, I usually end up playing as a more or less Neutral Evil character anyway. If I wanted to make a crapload of money, I'd sit in the first town and chop wood all day

So, of course, she died, so I looted her corpse and never looked back.

Or if you just pick up lots of stuff. Even if you don't use crafting for profit, you'll still have more money than you could ever need. When I stopped playing at mid to high levels I had 25k gold and a drawer full of expensive items in my house's drawer, and a pile of 100 gems on the floor.
