I don't get text speak. But then again, I don't send a thousand texts a minute.

This "text-speak" is becoming a problem that reaches beyond social media or text messaging.

Every time she assigns writing, she gets papers that contain this De-Evolution of language.

It's bad enough at this point that she even gets hand-written drafts that contain text-speak.

I've removed people (or at least blocked them from my newsfeed) for posting like that. It drives me batty.
