I never thought he would be traded, still don't
Does anyone really think Colts are going to get rid of Peyton Manning on the off chance hope that Luck is going to be as good as they say he's going to be?

They don't think he will be healed by then and able to play again? Jeeze. He rocks their team for years, gets hurt one year, and he's sent to the glue factory like a lame horse.
No wonder people don't want to be franchise players anymore.
They are getting Andrew Luck. And as of right now it looks like it's the same as getting another Peyton Manning rookie.
i wasn't all that impressed in his bowl game...nor the other ONE big game he played this year...
Me neither. But I was very impressed with Tebow in college. The NFL is very different. If they say Luck is an NFL QB I think I will believe them.

I am luck is a another Ryan Leaf
Or even better, the Dolts give up on him, and another team picks him up and he explodes into the best QB in NFL history
that would be even better

The only way that Peyton goes somewhere else is if he isn't going to recover.
I cannot possibly see a scenario where Irsay thinks that it is a good idea to cut him and have him play somewhere else...

But before you go and order your custom No. 18 Cardinals jersey, there are a few things to keep in mind, not the least of which is the fact that, should he be released, Manning will have no shortage of potential suitors. - The article
