I wrecked so hard on my skis they came apart!

Yeah I face planted into an icy mogul today too
I dropped into a gnarly run not knowing how steep and technical it was... big mistake. I also went into a section with trees today for the first time. That was terrifying. Lessons are for squares, and people with dental insurance!

Trees are fun but frightening!
My worst run 'drop' in was at Vail. First day there, an ungroomed black diamond there made all of Tahoe look like bunny runs!
I made it down without taking my ski's off.  But that was a hairy run. My advanced skills were not adequate.

Was gonna post this on yer other thread, but with yer wipeout being so spectacular...please keep an eye on yourself, and have someone else do the same as well.

We call that a "yard sale"
It was always the best to see skiers wipe out from the chairlift. I've seen some nasty wrecks.
