Which is not an empty statement... this is in direct response to an AIDS epidemic amongst adult film workers, and is only part of the effort to combat it. (No pun intended.) Other efforts include routine, mandatory AIDS testing.
I suppose that means that jobs are going to be "driven away" in any case... actors will eventually die out or refuse to participate.
um, did you actually read the article, it states that there hasn't been a case of AIDS linked to porn since 2004, and they self police.

My point with BT is that regulations have reasons, and in this case it was a pretty good one. He can't even jerk off over his constitution on this one, because it was a case of local enforcement of a state law. There was a compelling reason for the law to exist and a mandate on the local municipality to enforce it.
