So just started to watch "Legend of the Seeker" series on Netflix
|
The books were serious business, aside from excessive political blogging in the final volumes, while the TV series was a complete joke. It's like they took a couple characters from the book and wrote a terribly scripted D&D adventure for them...

Finally, at some point when they were time traveling again while trying to seal up the cracks in the earth that lead to hell I just decided, "Tabrett Bethell an Bridget Regan or not, this show blows" and stopped watching.

It wasn't really for me, but I could see some appear it had in it... it lost so many possible viewers when they went so far off from the books in so many ways.

I remember watching it some when it first came out but it was so uninteresting that I don't even remember when or why I stopped, lol. I did try to pick it up on Netflix recently but I just couldn't keep going very far before I got tired of it and switched to something else.

Oh God, this series was so terrible... yet so funny. At the very least, Tabrett Bethell inspired my sister to want a Mord Sith outfit. Not that it's happened, but still...

They used the same damn action sequence every episode. Horrible acting. But still I watched, just to see what the Mord Sith would do. And the mother confessor kept getting more skimpier leather and less flowy lace.
