seriously just go to a community center get together with some folks for a walk or something does wonders don't take meds unless you are really screwed up
breakups are hard but you get over them the only time I'd be taking meds is if alot of bad stuff happens in a short amount of time and you can't recover very well
if it's someone you lost or something company will help that to more then anything else talking about them or whatever is really helpfull
if it's just the usual stuff people deal with little letdowns then the best thing to do for that is just to try harder work the problems from different angles and try to get over the hurdles
if your just bored in general to much of the same then do something different take a new way home from work go to a new restaurant cook a different meal whatever taking classes seems to help me more then anything when I'm in the funk
if all else fails I guess you could go to the doc and find out if it's a chemical imbalance
