Check potential side effects on St. John's Wort before you start taking it... Just because it's natural doesn't mean it's not going to have them.
If you're looking for mood boosters, try Taurine. It's supposed to help with mood.

I see, I just saw that too from the Wiki. I don't take any medications so I don't think anything should cause bad problems if I take St. Johns. Maybe laughter will help.

i've had depression problems my entire life. so really, its saying something if i think laughter works better than the drugs 
the problem is they all have side effects that end up being as bad or worse than the problems caused by the depression 
the only side effect to laughter is your face might get sore

Similar to something I always found contradictory when smoking pot, calling it "getting high". It does not! It is a depressant, so we used to call it "getting low".

I don't know what to watch though to make me laugh  I already watched all of arrested development and there's not that many shows out there that have similar types of humor.
Pot I think will help me. It has always got me by the tough times when I have been alone. When waking up today I woke up feeling different. I even have a face that I can't get rid of, my forehead hurts. Something bad happened.
