Dinner ideas?

Got the daughter and her 2 girls at the house from daughters surgery yesterday. Wife goes to work at 4 PM. I'll go to the gym after work and get home about 4 PM. I expect the kitchen to already be a mess. I don't want to clean, cook, and clean again. But I am in charge of dinner. Ideas? Don't say McDonald's.

Frozen pizzas are always good in a pinch. Minimal prep/cleanup required and generally kids love em.

BBQing is out here right now due to wind and rain. I hate frozen pizza. One kid like mac n' cheese. Te other likes normal food.
