Try to go back and find it?
My daughter was being difficult getting into the van and buckled.. I was getting impatient/ a little perturbed, and folded up the stroller and put it in the trunk in a hurry
I think it feel out of the cup holder and is laying in the parking garage at the mall
should I drive the half hour back? what's the chances it's even there? probably if it is, is been driven over and ruined
I changed my email passwords, as well as Facebook
I am still logged in ACF though

All of the above. I'd try and go back to see if you can find it and if not change all your passwords and call your service provider to let them know you lost your phone and to put your account on hold until you can get a new one.
