See ya back here after 30 minutes of playing when you ask yourself why you thought this would be a good idea. Nostalgia sounds great, and last 30 minutes, but wains fast when you see the graphics.

Yeah...I'm sorta downscoping my expectations in prep for this 8bit graphics world.
Might be fun for a night to build a wholly new guy, and start from scratch. No help. Pick up apples and crap, and buy some beginner armor. Work my way up, go get a green mire cuirass. I'm sorta excited actually.
Otherwise, it's just 12 dollaz for a brief trip back in time, and I now have a downloaded and patched AC client on my new PC for the next time I get nostalgic a couple years hence.

I have tried this on a few games and then always ask myself wtf I was thinking. At least I become spoiled with new graphics and engines and going back is like playing minecraft.

I know. I mean, I never played Minecraft but I gotcha. I stuck around AC for a lot longer than most, so maybe my tolerance for lesser graphics is in play.
