I think the refs did a decent job. Didn't see any calls that shouldn't have been, and didn't notice any non-calls either really. The one the tv guys kept showing as a possibility was a PI non-call, but to me it looked like they were both playing the ball, and while there was incidental contact (on both sides) it didn't really affect the play. Both of the Giant sideline pass calls were spot on (the first oob call, and then the second catch call).
no call on the fumble in the first half. He clearly swatted the ball BEFORE Grankowski hit the ground. At the very least it should have been reviewed.
Also, the 4 no calls on expired play clocks... 3 for Brady 1 for Eli... Brady had one that was a full second past the play clock expiring and even the commentators were making a big deal about it.
do you mean the Hernandez no call that his elbow was on the ground?
