Okay, I have this...thing... on my pubic region... |
It's like an ingrown hair, but i don't see any hair to pull out. It's big, red, and hurts like no other. I mean this thing effin KILLS! Now the reason im posting this, is in 10 days i'm flying to new jersey to visit my long distance GF...and I don't want her thinking it's some STD and what not.. How the hell do i get rid of this thing before then?! Pics can be provided if necessary.

I actually had this happen to me not too long ago. A couple times I was walking and randomly got a nasty shooting pain that almost made me trip over myself. I think it was an ingrown hair and it went away after a few days.

Bactarin or any first aid cream with bactarin in it will soothe the pain on contact and get rid of it in 1-2 days.
edit: Neosporin is one brand name.
edit2: Those kind of infections can spread easily so wash your hands very very well after being in contact with that area.

I'm also faced with another problem. I'm one of those weird people that kinda enjoy popping zits/other growths on my body...and this...is one of those that my kind of people dream about. I want to pop this sucker SO bad...but everytime i squeeze it, it's effin EXCRUCIATING pain. Should I stab it with a needle?

If you went to a Dr. they would essentially find a way to drain it. GO GET SOME NEOSPORIN in any case.
