Some of us have first world problems that just get in the way some times.

I like the select-a-size towels. We actually use them slower...and they don't run out as fast as the other 'cheaper' stuff.

ITS OK MATTOCK YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE I HATE THEM TOO.

For serious. Two sheets for a "full" paper towel is a different size than a normal paper towel. Hate that.

They are VERY useful.

I'd say about 15% of the time you can get away with using one half-sheet instead of a full sheet.
A good 30% of the time you can use 3 half-sheets where you would have had to use 2 towels normally(I use 3 half-sheets quite often)

It is at least like getting an extra roll every time you buy 12.

Honestly if we all think about it. If you spend 30 dollars a year on household rewashable towels that is CHEAP!! Bounty select a size 12pack is 17 dollars and if you use 1 roll a week thats 72 dollars a year. For that cost you could amass a nice amount of towels and still cover the cost of cleaning them.

... what? How do you use a roll per week? I've used 5 rolls of paper towels in 3 years!

OK, fine, 2 years & 10 months. But still.

I use them often, and I don't even go through a roll a week with a kid and several pets.

Ok so my estimation was way off. I haven't bought paper towels in years, I just use shop towels and plain white towels. If I need to use something to pick up and throw away I grab some toilet paper.

I was lucky I bought a bunch of white towels from a restaurant distributor (about 200) for 50 bucks and still have about 120 left after 4 years.

I wish. I don't know WHAT the BF does, but we go through one every other day.
