You don't need to go through fileplanet for this. The official site lets you download both Arena and Daggerfall:

The official website has step by step directions for making it run.
The problem comes once you start playing.
They were both released before they should have been and though they are great, huge, games... they are
very buggy.
Daggerfall is almost unplayable with all of the crash/gamebreaking bugs.
