Reading this thread made me realise how out of touch living in base housing can make you. My immediate thought was "duh, call housing maintenance!"

Honestly, if you can use a phillips screwdriver and/or a drill you can fix/replace it yourself. Take pics to Home depot and they will tell you what to do.

If nothing else, do this and buy the supplies you need so all you will need is labor unless you can pull it off or get a friend to help. If you outright hire someone and they have to buy supplies they will charge you more for it since they have to make a profit. Just an fyi.

Let me explain my problem. The screws won't go back into the wood because the wood is uhhh... the screw holes are now too big.
