yeah that is true. since they get "tips" they don't get minimum wage.
It's a bunch of BS.
Funny thing is, here in WA state they do get min wages....plus tips. But the employer never gives raises to them where my wife works unless made to.

Entry level attorney job, $15/hour. And they wanted you working 60+ hours a week.
I said, "  ou're kidding right?" then thanked them for their time and hung up. Didn't even bother with the interview.
Gees dude. That sucks, I have no degree at all and make several bucks an hour over 30 an hour.
