Google No-Knead Bread / images and you will get an idea. It depends on the pan used too. FYI when they say the bread will be shaggy and hard to work with, don't take that too literal. If you have a big blobby mess you need to add more flour.

I need to make myself a proofing box. I like having a very cold house, which means a cold kitchen, which means trying to figure ways to get the bread to rise well during that last rising. My oven is old and doesn't turn on at a low enough temp (in a previous house I had an oven with a bread proofing setting- omg that was NICE) and even the top of the fridge isn't usually warm enough, so I end up doing things like putting the bread in the microwave with a mug of boiling hot water- but you have to refresh the water like every 10 minutes. Pain in the rear.
