Either one is fine with me. Though some insanely-complicated classical guitar thing isn't exactly in the spirit of the thread.
By "solo", in this case, I just meant that it isn't the whole main part of the song (ruling out a lot of Satriani, for example)

Listen from 1:58 to 3:05. The guy is just brilliant and it blends beautifully with the rest of the song.
It's hard to argue with Pink Floyd, as the song you listed is almost sublime (not even a Floyd fan either). If I had to pick, it's the solo in Sweet Emotion by Joe Perry.
