I say swastika because their symbol was crossed S's, also called the swastika. They were not two S's side by side. But of course people want to make something out of nothing.

Oh. I have no idea. I just know it is not what the SS used as a logo. The swastika was. They were called the SS verbally and in print, but the logo was always a swastika.

Honestly with the amount of imagination and artistry possible in the world, for a MILITARY group, no less, to use a symbol that is straight up so similar to one used by the Nazis is just plain stupid.
Seriously, nobody could come up with something better? Hell, all the ones Hyper posted are 10x better than that one, for starters.
