This is why its important to view yourself in a 360 mirror when you're gonna buy a wedding dress.
The one picture that ACF got hold of, yeah the top of my dress kinda curled in in a weird way, which made it look like my back fat was spilling over. It wasnt. In every other picture from the wedding it was just fine, the dress actually fit really well. Plus, back then i was almost 30lbs heavier than i am now.
But of course, this is ACF and someone who has only seen one bad photo is obviously the person to rely on for the "facts".

Same thing happened to me on New Years Eve...except I am obviously a more experienced drunk and have some medic training 
(She was my room mate's friend, a group of us, I wasn't gunna try to bang her I swears.) She started puking which was odd, because she hadn't had much to drink...but then she passed out and was still vomiting while laying on her back. I put her in the recovery position (on her side with her legs and arms positioned to where she can't flop on their belly or back.) So they won't choke on their vomit. As soon as she was unresponsive we called an ambulance, when they arrived I was still trying to gauge her responsiveness (check response to verbal communication by talking and yelling, and then check response to pain by pinching a sensitive spot like the back of the arm.) Slapped her a bit too to which she responded annoyed by, which is a good sign. Checked her blood pressure and when the paramedics watched for a few and then told me she wasn't responsive enough and needed to go to the hospital. After they'd left my bud told me while searching her purse they found what appeared to be heroin. Normally that would be good to know sooner.
Anyways, that's how you take care of dying drunk chicks. They might be mad that you searched their ish, had them sent to a hospital, etc, but it's better than them overdosing on a bathroom floor.
