really I support shane he may seem like a douche bag, but in that type of world he is right.
you do not have the luxury to go willy-nilly helping everyone and trying to solve everybody problems.
and Rick finally realized what Shane was preaching and he proved that at the end when he blasted those two transits in quick draw shooting match.

Me too. I was expecting Talking Dead to be a horrible, boring mini-talk show, but it actually wasn't bad at all. The show's producers got criticism from the boring start to season 2, and promised much zombie-killing in the 2nd half! woohoo!
And last night's episode came as a shock. Thought we were getting introduced to 2 new characters, and PLAT, PLAT, PLAT! Funny how Rick has turned 180 on the idea of community service at Hershel's farm. Shane should think about killing him!
Finally...you think Hershel's daughter (or w/e relative) is sick from a zombie bite?

I like that take on it, that never occurred to me I was so caught up in everything else going on, didn't pay much heed to the dumbass who decided to stroke a downed zombie's cheek. Could be we are being set up for something.

That's another thing...one thing that NEVER made sense to me about The Walking Dead:1) I thought if you touched zombie-blood, you become ill and eventually become zombie (look at season 1 for this)2) with #1, I thought zombies could smell humansThat show contradicts itself quite a few times

It has to have some boring parts with character development. Otherwise it would be a 30 hour long movie of all zombie hack and slash (which might not be so bad either).
