Which strawberry shortcake is correct in your opinion? |
I've never even heard of the "biscuit" kind - all I've ever had is the sponge cake version. Is the biscuit version a regional thing?

I've only had the pound cake and sponge cake version, never the biscuit version.
(Remember, I'm from HAWAII...biscuits are from that cardboard tube that scares you when you open it, and made 2-3 times a year for special occasions). 
EDIT: Oh, and pound cake over sponge cake.

upon further consideration, Angel Food Cake is the better bet.
but beyond the Biscuit/cake argument, the most critical part of it for me is that there needs to be REAL fresh whipped cream on it... none of that coolwhip or canned crap
