once you add sugar to the strawberries you get the strawberry sauce to make the biscuit not dry.

They're still dry, they just are now sticky with strawberry sauce on the outside.
Besides, angelfood is tasty and most places have it already made for like a dollar. It's a win-win.

I don't have to put a lot on because I eat it with angelfood cake. If you do it with biscuits it gets too dry.
