Haven't really had any other ethnic food so... I reserve judgement til I have done so...

man, I don't know, so many good choices.
Mexican for sure
Indian definitely
Chinese but only good Chinese because bad Chinese is  . I don't prefer the Cantonese style, either. Hot pot is awesome if I can get it.
Japanese
Korean
Thai
Vietnamese (pho ftw)
Italian
Persian
Turkish
Overall I'd have to say the Asians have a pretty good lock.
