I have an ethiopian co-worker, and she brought in that bread once. it looks like a HUGE sponge. It tasted.....sour(?)I guess? Was funky tasting.

Well imagine it with spicy stew in it!  The bread is called injera btw. I LOVE it. Tastes like pancakes to me.
