better get a guarantee, your going to get a team first before you start building.

over a decade ago OKC built the Ford Field House(since been renamed its where the Thunder play now) to attract a nba team, they didnt get a team till 2008.

I'd love a regional rivalry for Vancouver. They haven't got one, and, no, some poxy psuedo-rivalry with Calgary isn't one.
